What is Peachtree Online Utilities?

It is a web site that allows you to perform special functions that are not available within your existing Peachtree system.  This web site allows you to upload your Company’s data, make any changes you need, then download your changed data.  We keep your accounts in balance and verify that any changes you make will keep your Peachtree Accounting Data in sync.  You cannot perform any functions that will damage your company's accounting integrity. 

Some of the features include:

• Delete and move General Ledger Accounts and their transactions.
• Delete and move Customers Accounts, including Sales Journals, Orders and Quotes.
• Delete and move Vendors Accounts, including Invoices and Payments.
• Delete and move Job Cost maintenance records as well as transactions they are applied to.
• Delete or combine Inventory Items.
• Find footing errors in your General Ledger System.
• Fix broken references that may prevent you from closing periods or upgrade to newer products.
